Who we are
Common Light is an impact consultancy illuminating paths to ecosystem-wide flourishing. We guide individuals, teams, and organizations through a journey of self-directed inquiry and purposeful realignment, helping them cultivate cultures where human and nature’s potentials thrive.
Our approach integrates cutting-edge research on humanistic management with immersive experiences, including site visits to flourishing communities that are leading from a place of abundance.
What we do
We empower leaders and teams to examine and realign their agreements—both implicit and explicit—with their deeper purpose and values. Through a blend of data-driven assessments, experiential learning, and tailored frameworks, we enable our partners to scale meaningful impact across their entire stakeholder ecosystem. Common Light is dedicated to kindling the spark of human flourishing in every individual, organization, and community we touch, creating a ripple effect of positive change in the world.
Why Common Light?
We are the ideas we choose to illuminate.
Common Light works from a recognition of this inner light from which we can co-host new abundance-based agreements with ourselves, others, and the planet.
We are a holistic practice that draws upon the latest in humanistic management research and experiential learning.
